User-Centered Strategy
Start with the person using it. The best solution usually becomes clearer once you understand what they’re actually trying to do.
Systems-First Thinking
A product is more than its screens. The rules, data, permissions, and workflows underneath them matter just as much.
Scalable Infrastructure
Good ideas still need somewhere to run. I care about the architecture, infrastructure, and systems that keep a product working as it grows.
AI-Enhanced Workflows
AI is most useful when it helps someone do their actual job. I’m interested in putting it inside the workflow, not adding a chatbot just because we can.
I started out somewhere between design and development, and eventually found myself owning much more of the product. Over time, that meant working across UX, product decisions, technical systems, and whatever needed building next.
I specialize in turning messy ideas into real, usable products—building AI-enabled systems that go beyond interfaces and actually assist users.
