The pattern has been pretty consistent: I start with the problem and end up wherever the product needs me. That has meant UX and product decisions, technical architecture, infrastructure, and quite a bit of actually building things.
At Agrictools, I worked across a five-surface marketplace, a governed catalog designed for 50k+ SKUs, an OCR-based scanner that took order creation from around 30 minutes to 3–5, and an automated KYC flow that made dealer verification more than 80% faster. I also built a RAG assistant around the company's own troubleshooting videos.
At Fortify Health, I took a print-graphics platform from problem framing through architecture, build, deployment, and handover — essentially building it myself and leaving it with the team that runs it now.
